The Fernández de Piérola group is made up of four wineries with three different Appellations of Origin. The company is recognized both for its commitment to the quality of the wines it produces and for its commitment to the environment.
About Cava Piérola Brut Nature:
It comes from plots located in Moreda de Álava, with altitudes between 460/540m (hand harvested). After a light pressing, the must is fermented in flor at a controlled temperature. Subsequently, the wine is racked. Finally, it is bottled, where the second fermentation takes place, with a total of 18 months of aging in rhyme. Disgorgement takes place at the end of October 2021.
Bright yellow color with golden rim, generating a rosary of fine, continuous bubbles. Powerful nose, with notes of white fruits. A floral background is appreciated, as well as flashes of fine pastries, Brioche type. Fresh and fruity wine, shows a perfect balance in acidity, denoting a finish with elegant lactic and toasted touches, typical of the long aging in rhyme.
