WINEMAKING
5 months aging "sur lie" with "batonnage" * in French oak barrels.

*Frequent stirring of the fine lees with a stick for a period of 2 to 6 months.

COLOR
Bright yellow.

NOSE
Intense aromas of subtropical fruits, mango and citrus. Fine aromas of jasmine.

MOUTH
A harmonious wine, with lively acidity and deeply mineral. Lingering finish of subtropical fruits (lychee, mango, kiwi and banana).
