WINEMAKING
12 months aging on its fine lees "sur lie with batonnage "* in American and French oak barrels.

*Frequent stirring of the fine lees with a stick for a period of 2 to 6 months.

COLOR
Bigarreau cherry red.

NOSE
Mediterranean forest of thyme, rosemary and lavender. Christmas spices and balsamic.

MOUTH
Intense ripe red fruit, with mineral and lively acidity with anise and cinnamon. A subtle yet powerful wine.
