The grapes are harvested by hand at the exact moment of ripening and after a follow-up selection process, taking into account climatic conditions.

Fermentation takes place in specially designed stainless steel tanks and the temperature is controlled by a refrigeration system. After fermentation, the wine is stored in American and French barrels to begin the aging process for more than 14 months and finally the wine is bottled and stored in the subway cellar to keep it in optimal temperature conditions for at least two years.

Ruby color, cherry, medium-high layer and fluidity, clean. The nose is powerful and elegant, well defined and of great complexity, requires tranquility and time because it has many nuances that evolve gradually, with lots of ripe red fruit and sweet, cinnamon, cream and even toasted. Very mineral with hints of wet earth, cherry in liquor, roasted with some balsamic notes.

Consume at a temperature of 17º, and it is recommended to open the bottle half an hour before drinking.
