This wine is born after a careful selection of grapes in the field and in the winery. After 6 months of aging in American oak barrels, it is refined in the bottle for 6 months.

It is a wine of slow maturation and somewhat delayed by spring frosts, with harvest during the first 3 weeks of October, with a marked elegance and good quality of the grapes.
It comes from vineyards with deep soils, intermediate between clay and sandy loam.
