The 2019 Zinfandel Beyer Ranch covers all the bases that Zinfandel lovers crave. Deep, concentrated blackberry aromas complemented by layers of spice notes, heather and a remarkably rich, creamy oak aroma.
I uncorked the bottle and served right away. At first, the smells were very pungent, sulphuric, almost too aggressive. A moments later, it started to smell better and better... and my, what a nice wine it ended to be! Very recommended.
