Airén (typical Spanish grape, and one of the most cultivated) from a selection of vineyards over 30 years old.

The grapes are harvested by hand, selecting the best bunches from each vine.

Winemaking:
- Maceration chilled 24h. at 10ºC
- Extraction of the must by decanting
- Fermentation at 16º to 18º C
- Aging with its lees in stainless steel tanks for 3 months.

Tasting notes: Pale lemon yellow with golden reflections. The nose is complex, hints of white fruit (apple) ripe banana, subtle aromatic herbs (chamomile), an earthy background, and all accompanied by hints of citrus (grapefruit - blood orange).

In the mouth it surprises with an excellent acidity that fills and accompanies a forceful and unctuous palate.
The acidity enhances the saline touch and between the two provide a sparkling sensation that continues in the aftertaste where in addition to the aromas of the nose, we find the memory of beeswax and balsamic lemon candy and herbs.
