There is always a good excuse to uncork a cava. If you do not have it so present, appeal to your creativity, something will occur to you.
This organic cava comes from Subirats, and combines Macabeu, Xarel-lo and Parellada grapes.

Tasting note
Color:Pale yellow, fine and persistent bubbles, with a well-defined crown. Nose:A very noble cava, with very pronounced aromas of aging, such as freshly baked bread and pastries. Palate:the carbonic is very well integrated without a great explosion of bubbles, but at the same time is persistent, honeyed tastes come out again with rigorous nobility that provide volume in the mouth and a very rich palate finish.
