This wine from Cadiz, made with Tintilla de Rota grapes (a variety of the Graciano grape) has all the ingredients for you to enjoy a wine with all the Andalusian character.

To the eye: nice and bright cherry red color, intense, high layer and with a lot of density.

On the nose: balsamic, expressive and deep, with fresh red fruit that enlivens the nose. Notes of cinnamon, pepper, chamomile and Mediterranean touches such as rosemary and thyme, with a chalky background reminiscent of albariza.

On the palate: lively, sharp entry, followed by an explosion of aromas that envelop the mouth and bring a lot of harmony. Sweet tannins present and marked salinity. Very persistent wine.
