The elaboration of an orange wine requires maximum health and perfect ripeness of the grapes. Whatever is on the skins will be part of the wine. ULTERIOR ORANGE has a complex elaboration. Sour Moravia is made as a white wine (without maceration with the skins). The must is blended with the Albillo Real to macerate with the skins for two months. After racking and blending, they spend four more months in stainless steel tanks and another 6 months in old earthenware jars of 4500 liters.

Elías López Montero, Verum's winemaker, has chosen the harvest time of the Albillo Real (white grape) and Moravia Agria (red grape) taking into account their acidity and sugar (alcohol) to achieve a fresh and intense wine.
