Skin Contact 2019 is an orange wine (white macerated with skins) from Peninsula Winemakers in which the nuances of long maceration on skins (skins) and minimal use of sulfur are explored. A fresh wine, with marked acidity and notes of dried apricot.

100% Albariño from an organic vineyard located in Cuenca at an altitude of 700 to 900 meters. Fermented and macerated with its skins for 182 days in stainless steel tanks. It is an unclarified wine, with minimal sulfur addition just at the time of bottling.
