12 months aging "sur lie" with "batonnage" * in French oak barrels.

*Frequent stirring of the fine lees with a stick for a period of 2 to 6 months.

COLOR
Bigarreau cherry red.

NOSE
Delicate floral hints of rose petals with spicy hints of pepper and clove.

MOUTH
Intense and enveloping red fruit. Balsamic, mineral, with a very elegant finish.
