WINEMAKING
12 months aging "sur lie" with "batonnage" * in French oak barrels (Vosges).

*Frequent stirring of the fine lees with a stick for a period of 2 to 6 months.

COLOR
Purple Red.

NOSE
Marked balsamic aromas of eucalyptus, pennyroyal, incense, iodine and sage, accompanied by Chinese ink.

MOUTH
Harmonious chocolate and redcurrant flavors, a very Atlantic wine, fresh and with fantastic acidity.
