The Otero Ramos "Gritos" Classic Malbec 2017 comes from the Otero Ramos Family Winery in Argentina. 100% Malbec and its Denomination of Origin is Mendoza.

It is a powerful, dry wine with medium acidity. Ideal to accompany meats, and in particular, grilled meats.

Once in the winery, the clusters are selected and then grape by grape. Cold maceration at 10ºC for 48 to 72 hours. Subsequent fermentation in stainless steel tanks with individual temperature control for 15 to 20 days.

Fermentation is carried out with selected yeasts at temperatures between 20 and 26ºC, alternating pumping over and 'deslatage' to obtain the best quality tannins. Malolactic fermentation for 20 to 30 days.

Aged in French and American barrels of first and second use for 6 months. Subsequently stored in bottle for another 6 months.
