Visual Phase: Very intense dark cherry color. Bright and clean.
Nose: The nose offers great intensity and complexity. Candied black fruit, fine touches of toasted oak, spices, menthol, minerals, thyme.
Palate: In the mouth it is fleshy and unctuous, with ripe, oily and well polished tannins. Subtle and elegant on entry, incredible evolution in the mouth with a great varietal expression.
Tasting notes: Balsamic, mineral and spicy nuances join the tobacco and fine chocolates from the long aging in new oak. Long and enjoyable aftertaste of great intensity.
