This wine evokes the best of the Malbec variety, with the contribution of the Patagonian soil.
It is fleshy but shows polished noble tannin and is fresh, so even being a red wine, it goes perfect with oily fish such as tuna, salmon or cod. In meats, its ideal combination is with lamb or suckling pig.

Tasting Notes. Blackberry violets and figs accompanied by a delicate touch of white truffle, spices and mineral. In the mouth it is unctuous, fresh, with a long finish that recalls the purity of the grape.
