From Stellenbosch, a region known as the "Napa Valley" of South Africa, comes this wine that includes, almost like magic words, "Cabernet Franc" and "Rosé".
And yet, it is not your typical rosé, nor is it your typical Cabernet Franc

A refreshing, semi-dry wine, with light acidity. An excellent choice if you are thinking of eating sushi, for example.

Harvesting is done by hand, in the vineyards of Hels Hoogte and Helderberg Mountain, in the early hours of the morning.
Here the selection of the best bunches begins, which are then checked again in the winery.
The whole bunch goes to the press, where it is gently crushed. Once the must is obtained, Delaire Graff Cabernet Franc Rose ferments for three weeks in steel tanks, where, once the process is finished, it will remain for some time on lees.
Wooden barrels will come into play during the aging process, where Delaire Graff Cabernet Franc Rose will remain for 10 months. Sixty percent of the production will be in 400-liter French oak barrels, while the remaining 40% will be in 2,500-liter foudres.
